What kind of mind puts stickers like “Baby on Board” on their cars, then stick?

pictures with suckers and pictures on their cars and piles of soft toys in the back so they can’t see out, are they all twats or what? I don’t care if Elvis is on board. What do they expect us to do ? like loads of people have babies in cars but so why advertise. Don’t get it. Even a poster of We Have A Baby In The Back doesn’t make for better drivers.
