I’ve heard that a child shouldn’t watch TV until they are 2. I’ve never read or seen anything showing why. So I was wondering if this was a “wives tale”.
I have a 5 month old baby and she watchs BABY EINSTEIN and SESEME STREET and DORA THE EXPLORER. We still read to her and interact. And I make sure she only watches educational shows and not “dummy” shows like LOONEY TOONS or SPONGE BOB or anything like that. Is this okay?
